Prosecco D.O.C. extra dry is a sparkling wine with long fermentation of must at controlled temperature ( 18° C ) with selected yeasts followed by batonnage (technique to "scramble" the lees or the noble wine in bulk aging in tanks to confer more perfumes, flavor intensity to final wines).
Serving temperature : 6 °-10 ° C
Excellent as an aperitif or accompaniment to appetizers, fish and delicate dishes.
Fresh with intense aromatic notes
Pale straw -yellow color. Fine and persistent bubbles.
Harmonious, full and smooth with a pleasant aftertaste.
