DICTADOR 12 YEARS SOLERA SYSTEM RUM is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in a steel continuous column, to achieve our signature medium-bodied rum. Aged in oak ex-bourbon casks in average of 12 years through a solera system and then bottled under caring, expert eyes, so we can ensure the final liquid is of the highest quality – and all of our flavour secrets remain intact.

Aged in the solera method in average of 20 years in ex-bourbon casks and ex-sherry Oloroso casks, allowing for the development of deep, rich flavours. Once it has achieved a full body and perfect taste, the rum is then meticulously bottled and sent all around the world to be enjoyed

Big on the nose with muscovado sugar, cherry, caramel and vanilla aromas. Soft mouth feel with toffee, maple, and creamy oak flavours with a strong dark chocolate and coffee finish.
A 45-year-old Dictador Rum from a 1972 single vintage cask finished in fine port casks and then shipped to Glenfarclas in Scotland, where it
further spent 7 months in a Glenfarclas 2002 third-fill Jerez Sherry cask.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Undoubtedly a great old rum married into a superb whisky with very clear malted barley overtones, sherry notes, dark chocolate and dried
apricots over the sweeter smell of maple syrup, melted brown sugar and tropical fruits.
Palate: The whisky somewhat fades into the background and gets overtaken by immensely rounded, rich liquid dried fruits with medjool
dates, sun-dried raisins and acacia honey character, although without the sugar content, just pure aged rum. It kicks back in with incredible balance
between the alcohol, fruit and acidity, going into a fabulous finish that just lingers for minutes once the “burn” is away and has notes of toffee, sweet
tobacco and toasted coconut.
Color: A dark golden bronze with flashes of mahogany in the center out to
a highly viscous light brass color in the glass.

DICTADOR XO Insolent SOLERA SYSTEM RUM is made from the fermentation of unique virgin sugar cane honey, then distilled in a modern stainless steel alembic. It is then aged between 25 and 35 years in pre-used quality oak barrels from Jerez and Port that every certain time are reburn to caramelize the interior to achieve sweet flavours coming from the oak.
TASTING NOTES
A deep, mahogany shine that creates an unforgettable colour in the glass. A strong vanilla and honey nose with hints of white chocolate and parfait caramel. Extremely smooth mouthfeel with fudge, intense vanilla and Colombian coffee on the palate. A long finish that is delicately balanced with light oak for a sweet-yet-strong experience.
