Togouchi Kiwami

Kiwami (meaning 'supreme') is a blended Japanese whisky from Chugoku Jozo who mature their whiskies in a 361 metre long tunnel rather than a warehouse, which is fun.

Togouchi Premium

A happy marriage between Scottish heritage and Japanese know-how in terms of blending. The expression shows peaty and chocolatey notes while the grain whisky pleasantly sweetens the malt, more powerful, resulting in a well-balanced product. Tunnel-matured and conscientiously blended by Chugoku Jozo’s master blenders. The alcohol content is then reduced using pure spring water coming from Sandankyo mountains

Togouchi 9 Years Old

Togouchi's whiskies are blended from Scottish and Canadian spirit, and aged in a railway tunnel in Japan. The 9 years old is full of citrus notes with a hint of smoke. 40% malted barley and 60% grain whiskey.

This expression celebrates the Japanese spirit, both suitable for beginners and aficionados alike, enabling them to take a step forward into the art of blending, especially mastered by the Japanese. Matured in oak barrels. The final blend contains a high percentage of peaty single malts

A well thought-after blend of cereals: its profile is utterly close to a Scotch whisky from the Lowlands region (famous for its floral and malted juices). Its rounded texture and complexity in terms of aromatic profile express themselves through intense fruity and woody notes. Produced from 60% grain whisky and 40% malt whisky Tunnel-matured for 15 years (unique aging process)
