We have held back a few of our most flavorful batches of our flagship Iowa Bourbon Whiskey for extra aging. The extended time in barrel creates a Reserve Bourbon that is rich, complex and sophisticated.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
• Made from 74% corn, 14% malted rye and 12% malted barley
• Aged in new oak casks

- NOSE: Complex and subtle - Dried grass, caramel, grains

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
• Made from nine botanicals sourced in Hiroshima: five citrus fruits (lime, navel orange, bitter orange, sweet summer orange, yuzu) combined with hinoki (cypress bark), green tea, red perilla and ginger
• A dry gin that reflects the mingling of sea mist and the freshness of the dominant citrus

• Made from nine botanicals, including quintessentially Japanese cherry blossom
• The plants are carefully infused to extract the finest aromas; the resulting liquid is distilled in small batches
