Serum Elixir
Serum Elixir is super-premium rum based spirit. Blend of selected Serum rums ageing up to 8 years is being flavoured by long, slow maceration of fruit, herbs and spices. Serum Elixir is inspired by „estimated“ recipe of such elixirs, used by workmen's and slaves during the construction of Panama Canal to protect, cure and energize themselves.
Sweet, fruity and smooth. Rich aroma with notes of vanilla, honey, fruit and almonds. Delights palate with rounded sweetness, taste of exotic fruit and decent spicy tones as cinnamon.
Long lasting, pleasant finish.

Serum Gorgas Gran Reserva
Serum Gorgas Gran Reserva is globally awarded, super-premium blend of rums aged up to 8 years in bourbon casks. Serum Gorgas is named by „our“ hero, General William C. Gorgas. This US Army surgeon saved thousands of workman´s lives, as he eliminated the yellow fever and malaria around the construction site.
Awarded at HK IWSC Cathay-Pacific, winner of Gold medal in category of „Rums from 6-10 years, column still“ and trophy of „Best rum 2020“!
Smooth and deep character. Spicy aroma with vanilla, orange zest and wooden notes. Warming and full-bodied on palate, exotic fruit followed and honey followed by subtle spiciness. Pleasant, dry and long finish. Great for sipping, as for twisting and promoting Your cocktails.

Serum Ancon 10YO
Serum Ancon 10y is an exceptional blend of rums aged minimum 10 years in bourbon barrels. Rum is carrying the name of Ancon, the very first vessel officially passing the Panama Canal. This cargo-passenger vessel was very supportive during the construction and was honored by opening this unique waterway.
Elegant, smooth and vibrant character. Rich aroma of vanilla, dried fruit, nuts and hint of charred oak. Full-bodied and rounded on palate, dried figs, dates and raisins developing into spicy and decently wooden tones. Long warming finish turns into dry.

Serum Puente Cenetenario 16YO Vintage 2004
Serum Puente Centenario is a limited edition of ultra-premium Panama rum. Serum Puente Centenario was especially distilled in 2004 to celebrate opening of the Puente Centenario bridge over Panama Canal. Only 3 000 bottles of this exceptional rum were produced in 2020 after full 16 years of maturation in bourbon barrels.
Sweet, round and complex character of well matured rum. Robust flavour of dried fruits, vanilla and honey with notes of nuts and spices. Decent wooden trace in long and pleasant finish. Recommended to be sipped neat.
